work performed by Yorkstate is attic ventilation only.
Flat Roofs
Any flat area roofs! We tear off & reinstall with manufacture & Yorkstate Roffing standard
warranties.
Rubber Roofs
Mostly for commercial application on businesses, office parks & retail mall outlets. We tear off,
repair and install with manufacture and Yorkstate Roofing standard warranties.
New Roofs
Residential or commercial new construction buildings. We will install roofing systems with the manufacturer
and Yorkstate roofing standard warranties.
Reroof
Residential or commercial new construction buildings. We will install roofing systems with the manufacturer
and Yorkstate roofing standard warranties.
Tear Offs
We remove old roofing layers and start with a clean or brand new roof deck. Applies to both residential
& commercial buildings. Partial tear offs are also available (ask your salesman).
Repairs
Yorkstate Roofing Co. repairs such as leaks, ice & other damages sustained to roofing etc. Applies
to residential & commercial applications. All repairs based on an hourly rate & materail
charge.
