Our roofing installers are GAF MAster Elite. Two percent of all roofing companies in the United
States are GAF Master Elite Contractors. Other certificates include Owens Corning Preferred
Performance Contractor, Elk Reiner Preferred Contractor, Tampco Preferred Contractor, and Gen-Flex
Flat Roofing Contractor. We believe in ongoing extensive training for all employees.

Until now roofing companines have installed ice and water shield 3 ft up from the facia board. We have
found that this is not the proper amount of protection. With Rochester Proofing™ you will receive
6 ft of ice and water protection from your facia boad. We also remove the gutter and overlap the facia
board with ice and water shield. Rochester Proofing™ protects against ice damming and ensures that
there is no leaking.
Dumpster
Yorkstate Roofing Company, Inc. owns two dump trucks, which is a huge advantage to our clients. At no
time will a dumpster be left overnight. We will clean and remove all debris on a daily basis. Your
community will appreciate our cleanliness and professionalism.
